About S²ERA
The S2ERA Foundation is rooted in Montenegro and open to cross-border collaboration. Its mission is to catalyse ethical innovation for the interconnected well-being of all life, through research, education, and empowerment.
The foundation is guided by six principles. The first is that rights and well-being come before growth, efficiency, or novelty.
S²ERA was conceived in 2023. Its research on cross-sector and ethical innovation began in 2024, and its public presence followed with the registration of its domain in January 2025. The foundation is being built gradually and is currently in formation.
S²ERA is non-partisan and works across sectors and borders. Its first operational initiative is Bridgescape Research and Innovation Initiative, currently in formative research.
From the Founder
This work began with a simple realisation: the knowledge and support people need often exist, but remain fragmented, inaccessible, or disconnected when it matters most.
That realisation came during a health crisis, and conceiving S²ERA gave me direction out of it. The experiential knowledge I gained from that crisis, together with professional experience in mathematics, software engineering, and digital strategy, sharpened that realisation into three insights: professional development without personal development is incomplete; fragmented systems lock human potential and mirror an inner fragmentation; and life is deeply interconnected across people, animals, and the planet.
Together, these insights led to a conviction that innovation must serve systemic change. That conviction is why I built S²ERA. It brings together local strengths and global knowledge, and holds innovation to universal rights. Today, the focus is connecting knowledge, opportunity, and care, so that innovation benefits all life.
